Educational Therapy & Executive Functioning Development

In 2001, our journey began working in behavior interventions in the special needs community. In 2010, we moved to Educational Therapy and fell in love with it. We currently find ourselves working with clients in a variety of academic settings across the United States. 

Manny F. Torres and team focuses on rapport building while targeting on educational strengthening, executive functioning and developing disciplines. We specialize in making sure clients develop a great sense of confidence in their educational careers and in their personal skills. 

Learning can be easier when we have support and educational therapy can get us there. 

Educational therapy are one-on-one sessions by a professional who combines educational and therapeutic approaches to create a support plan. We utilize years of experience and a Masters degree in Special Education to strengthen targeted areas while diminishing patterns that hurt achievements. 

Developing an environment to allow our clients to succeed is key. We aim to develop a comfortable, friendly rapport during sessions. This will be the key to help our clients when targeting their educational areas of need. It also helps the client develop a better educational relations with uncomfortable past experiences. 

We work with multiple special education diagnosis (ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia to name a few) but also comfortable working with "neurotypical" students who may need further support. Parents are also part of the process as check-ins are commonly welcomed and encouraged.
